With the growth of this site, I've decided to make a FAQ page for those that have had questions about this site and to clear the air on a few things. Hopefully I will be able to answer everyone's questions. :-)

What exactly IS the FitGems Nation?
It's a website I created that's dedicated to the female side of the sport of muscle. It's my way of giving back to the sport, but giving the competitors and its fans a positive "home away from home", sorta speak.

Who can join the site?
Anyone that is a part of this sport, whether it be current, former, or aspiring competitors, fans, photographers, industry experts...even five-eyed gorillas. I don't care, If you're part of this sport, you can join

May I promote my site here?
You are more than welcome to, as long as it's not demeaning to the women, or anyone else for that matter.

May I promote my event(s)/contest(s)?
Yes, you are encouraged to do so.

Who can post on here?
Anyone can post anything (pictures, videos, training journals, etc), as long as the rules are followed.

Do I have to pay to join?
ABSOLUTELY NOT! This is a free site.

I noticed that there are several groups here? May I create a group?
