Theresa Winterhalter

Greetings,

My name is Theresa Winterhalter. I am a married, mother of 4 wonderful children (Adam - 25, Eden - 23, Katy - 19 and Shannon - 16). I have been competing in different fitness events since 2005, starting with races (5K, 10K, 10 miler's, half/full marathons and even an aquathon), then progressing to Tri-Fitness and now NPC Fitness and Figure Contests. Katy & Shannon have competed with me in Tri-Fitness and plan to compete again this July. They are beautiful fit young women and inspire me to continue to set new goals. The support of my family (even through the time spent training and working through my nutrition plans) helped me to place 8th at the 2008 Tri-Fitness Fall Classic (3d OA on the obstacle course - 52:16) and to win the NPC All Forces Fitness Title. I started to train/compete for me, but what's more important is that I am to keep me healthy into the future (for my kids and their kids).
