I had a great time at NPC Southern Classic this past weekend. I won my class and qualified for nationals. I also me Nicole Duncan and Kai Greene!!! I got some really good feedback from the judges and Nicole so I'm really excited about these next 4 weeks. I need to "tighten up" my legs a bit and clean up a few things in my routine but that is pretty much it. Easy fixes. I will be eating more fish this time (I was only eating tilapia or salmon about 5-6servings per week. Will be aiming…

I reserved my hotel room for Fitness Nationals this July! I still haven't finished choreographing my routine yet, bought a npc card, or saved up enough money to do the 3 qualifying shows I think I need to be ready for Nationals.... but i'm ok with that!! LOL, it will all fall in place.

All these injuries (back pain, pinched nerve, knee pain) had me pretty discouraged the past few weeks and doing only cardio and abs was driving me crazy. But after giving myself a pep talk and watching Tanji's 9-day out interview on Thursday, I had a pretty darn good workout.
I warmed up with deadlifts and squats (2x10)
Snatch with OH squat 10@40lbs
handstands (as long as possible)
-3 sets of each
Db press, tuck ups, cable diagonals, 1arm push ups, abs,…
