I am a mom first and most importantly, figure competitor, fitness model, physique judge and fitness related business owner.

Why did you get involved in this industry in the first place?

I got into this industry after hiring a trainer to help me lose my last pesky 10 lbs. I then did a competition and became hooked. Now it's just a way of life for me.

How long have you been involved in this industry?
