thanks victoria! i think i will just go for it and see what happens. i have competed through NPC before,but have been told by judges i am either "too small,too thick,too muscular or too lean" not all at once of course but over a period of 5 months-o…
Melissa, Until I turned Pro I had only competed in the NPC. GO FOR IT!!! I have found them to be the most helpful in terms of giving advise. After each show I made sure I went and ask the judges what I needed to do to improve. They were always happy…

thinking about competing through NPC....
even though i am taking the rest of this season "off" due to expecting my 3rd baby,i am already scoping out shows for spring of 2011. i already have my sights set on an IFPApro show, april,but i am really thinking about doing an NPC NQ event but am somewhat apprehensive due to some of the inconsistant judging i have experienced in the past. i am not sure what the judging trend will be,if they will keep to the softer look,or go back to the more muscular look-perhaps they may go for lean and at
