- Describe yourself briefly.
- I received a kidney transplant on October 20, 2008. Since then, I lost a total of 38 pounds and 11 3/4 inches off my waist. I am eating healthier and exercising. I am planning to study courses toward certification in becoming a fitness trainer, specialist in performance nutrition, certified in fitness therapy and specialist in fitness for older adults. I am very blessed to put myself in good health.
