Well, I am still alive and kicking. I have been too busy to blog cause I am being selfish with my personal time. :)

I Call Do-Over!

Good Morning All!

Hope your day is off to a fabulous start. Right now I am in the middle of some heavy resistance steady state cardio...Today is leg day after work and I am warmin' these puppies up.

Just got back to PDX from 2.5 weeks freezing to death in MI. =) I made it to Kalamazoo once, for about an hour...I wish I could've gotten down to see old friends, but it didn't happen with as busy as the holidays were...and, my family always seems to be greedy with my time, since I'm only home once or twice year!
