World Physique is for men, women and children in the fitness industry or those whom live a healthy lifestyle, who desire inspiration, knowledge, and enjoyment.

We offer articles and features in fitness, bodybuilding, weight control, martial arts, sports, family fitness, kid’s fitness, powerlifting, figure, wrestling, and more. We are in touch with how they live and the unique issues they face and provide a sense of community – a place readers can come that’s just for their liking.

Why did you get involved in this industry in the first place?

The owner of the magazine , Tammy Renee', use to be over 350 pounds. She had allowed food and stress control her mind and body. It was to the point that she had cancer and was living in a hospital in New Orleans. The doctor she was seeing at the hospital finally told her she had to lose weight, control stress or die! Point blank! She decided she wanted to live so she changed her life completely around. Now, she wants to help others live a healthy lifestyle! Now, she has a team of over 70 great athletes that help her educated and help those that want help or willing to learn!
