FitGem of the Month

Here on this site and our Facebook fan page (https://www.facebook.com/FitGemsNation), we're going to honor a competitor/model from any federation in any division each week with a special page for them. This page will be called "FitGem of the Month" and will honor the great athletes in the female physique world. They can either be competing now, have competed in the past, or will be competing in the future. This is especially good for up-and-coming competitors who want to make a name for themselves. They can come from any federation and division. She will be featured on the site for a month, with a new one chosen every month. If you would like to be nominated or if you like to nominate someone, send us an email with the following information:

Video of the Week

For the Video of the Week (VOTW) , a video is chosen each weekend that features women's bodybuilding, fitness, figure, bikini, or something that is female-muscle related. To check out past Video of the Week clips, go to the Videos section, as every VOTW is there.

Photo of the Week

To all competitors, photographers, and fans out there: FitGems will be having a Photo of the Week, chosen each weekend! Send me an email with the photo and your photo might be chosen! It can be about any competitor, including yourself, but I do ask for no nudity or porn, or anything that might be viewed as offensive. Thank you and good luck to everyone!

FitGems Site Video Hosting/Youtube Channel Creation

I'm very aware of how much time all you ladies put into this sport, but sometimes it doesn't leave too much time to expand your name besides competing. Being on magazines, paysites, etc. is what separates a star from a competitor. With that being said, I'm personally offering my services to you by hosting any videos of you on the FitGems site, or creating your own Youtube channel with you just send me the videos through email, and I'll handle the rest. You will have all the say-so in what is shown, and you do none of the work. There is a free service I'm providing for all of you. To the fellows, you can also email me on how they can help promote their favorite current, past, and up-and-coming female competitors.
